Description
The 7th International Conference on Environment, Resources, and Energy Engineering (EREE 2025) was held July 25-27, 2025, in Tokyo, Japan. The conference aimed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and inspiration among specialists and scholars in Environment, Resources, and Energy Engineering, including topics such as solar energy, the natural environment, and renewable resources.
Presentation
The work presented was titled “Assessing Energy Generation Technologies with Comprehensive Model based on SQuaRE Standard”.
This study ranks energy generation technologies, such as solar panels, wind turbines, and coal plants, based on their costs, environmental impacts, and social acceptance, allowing broad and specific comparisons among them. Our results show that, in a general ranking, solar panels installed on rooftops rank first, followed by small hydropower and wind turbines installed on the sea.
